I contact them last week because my order was late by a day (via online chat). now I went back and and try to contact again on different order, But there isnt a big yellow button for it anymore. Did they just get rid of it for me to chat with them? because I know my friend still has that button.

Why is Amazon blatantly lying about damaged or used goods when the items I sent back were still sealed in original manufacturers packaging? And the end of the email they specifically said " However, the number of refunds for items received in a damaged condition in your account exceed the expectation." Damaged? These items were factory sealed!
